An accountability partner is someone who helps you stay on track while you work toward achieving your personal or professional goals. They hold you responsible for the targets you hope to meet and provide moral support, guidance, and advice when needed This person is not a manager or a spouse, but a trusted individual who invests time and effort in keeping you honest about accomplishing what you said you were going to do. The best way to implement an accountability partner into one's life is to follow these steps:

  1. Mutual Agreement: Strike up a mutual agreement in which you hold them accountable for their goals, and they do the same for you.
